It is stated in page 8 of our UG that the user is able to view long texts by scrolling sideways (either with a trackpad or shift-scroll), as shown in the screenshot below. In the same part of the UG, we also recommend users to avoid such long texts.

We do not expect users to ever require scrolling horizontally in regular use. As seen in the tester's screenshot, an extremely long input name is required to hit the limit. Each UI component has been designed to handle and properly display the vast majority of user inputs. In the rare case an extremely long input is given, each component can be scrolled sideways as described above.

In addition to rejecting the issue, we have classed it as verylow severity because in the extreme case where a user enters a very long input to test the limits of the system, the user can scroll to see the whole title.
