Help Window hits the top and bottom of screen #5838

Description: When the Help Window pops up, the top and bottom of the window hit exactly the top and bottom of my computer screen. The "Copy URL" button is at the very bottom which is covered by the taskbar, so there's no way for me to click it.

Expected: The Help Window shouldn't fill the entire screen on pop up, and it should be resizable.

Thank you for your effort and time. However it is not a bug.

During our testing period, our GUI works normally on 1920*1080 display.

We believe that there may be some issues with your resolution and/or screen scales, or with the settings of taskbar in Windows OS. Our GUI is always designed not to exceed the display. In this case, our GUI now is still usable (i.e., all functions can be used even if the user experience is not optimal), hence satisfying the requirement by CS2103T.
