Unable to add supplier for the same item #631

It's possible that I have multiple suppliers for an ingredient but I am unable to do so.

This is not due to "multiple suppliers for an ingredient", but is instead due to same phone number with supplier number 8. You can not create another supplier with the same phone number.

The intended behavior is for a phone number to be owned by only one supplier, which is quite realistic.
