Doctor name should be displayed in appointments #3316

Should the doctor name be displayed with/instead of doctor ID? It makes sense to include name as people communicate mainly by name, not ID (ID is great when checking).

For managing and communicating when using this product, user have to do 2 query to obtain the doctor name of an appointment. It should be optimized.

Team's Response

We chose to use nric as it is possible for doctors to have duplicate names. Using nric resolves this issue. Thanks for the suggestion, we will consider including both name and nric in the next version.
