Unnecessary compulsory fields for add

As a user inputting patients details, I would find it inconvenient having compulsory fields such as email as many patients especially older patients would not have any emails as they are less tech savvy.

Team's Response

For documents like receipts and appointment confirmations, a email address is needed. Due to the importance of email addresses in this aspect, we chose to include it as a compulsory field, similar to apps like Healthhub that will require an email address from you.
