Not able to add contacts with names of other languages

Description

Attempted to add a contact with a Chinese name as it could happen in Singapore's context.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch the application for the first time to load initial data.

2. Run add n/张雨生 a/Tampines blk 123 p/90482599 e/tester@example.com.

Expected behaviour

User has been added successfully.

Actual behaviour

Error message shown above, adding user is unsuccessful.
