Question about categorizing unimplemented user stories #796

If a user story appears in the DG (not in Planned Enhancements) but wasn't implemented, should this be:

  1. type.DocumentationBug (Low) - requiring documentation update
  2. Reject because in the class we have been told that it is ok for the dev team to not complete all user stores and downsize the scope of the project

@pradyuprasad It's good to discuss this here and get opinions of the other. But the final decision is yours -- as the decision if part of the deliverable (and affects your grade), the teaching team will not give a definitive answer at this stage of the PE.
