newtag command priority

Adding a newtag when the tag is reached its limit (30) will show the reach limit error message but not existing tag error message, maybe can add this to the UG.

Team's Response

The user guide states that any attempts to add tags that could result in more than 30 tags in the list will be rejected. From the newtag section: 'Only 30 (or fewer) tags can exist in the tag list at any point. Attempts to add tags that could exceed this limit will not be allowed.' Hence we believe that this is sufficiently documented.
