NFRs should be :

Unambiguous Testable (verifiable) Clear (concise, terse, simple, precise)

By any chance, does this NFR point 10 come accross a little bit ambigious and untestable? How does one test and verify the meaning of 'smooth and intuitive'?

Perhaps it might be better to say if a novice tried this, they would pick it up without needing to ask for help from someone experienced
