Some important terms like tutor, tutorial and matriculation number seems to be missing.

Perhaps it would be good to add such terms so that the reader will clearer.

Thanks for sharing this perspective.

While these terms (tutor, tutorial, matriculation number) might seem basic to TAs who are familiar with the university context, it's generally good documentation practice to be comprehensive.

However, we feel - since our target audience is specifically TAs who are well-versed with these terms, we can reasonably omit them from the glossary without affecting usability. The current glossary can focus on technical terms and privacy concepts that are more pertinent to the system's unique features.
