Unable to add phone numbers containing special characters #483

No where in the UG or DG did it state that ABCLI is a application made just for real-estate agents in Singapore only. Hence as a user of ABCLI in a country other than Singapore, the phone number of my client my require area codes, utlizing special characters such as "+", "(", ")" or "-". For example, (415) 555‑0132 is a valid American phone number.
