When active work out is cancelled or finished , error message shows a redundant "Back to main menu"

Unless using command "cancel" or "finish" was to open the "help" command menu automatically this line is unneeded and might confuse users.

The reason why we prompted a "Back to main menu" message is because when users key in the command "start", it would bring them into the "Workout Mode" as seen from the image below. Since we already prompted users beforehand that they would be entering the Workout Mode after they input the start command, it is also necessary to let them know that they have exited the workout mode and went back into the main menu on the completion OR termination of their workout session, which occurs after the "finish" and "cancel" commands respectively, which is why this line is NOT redundant. In addition, we have explicitly stated within our User Guide under the title "Within your workout session" about how users only enter the workouts feature after the input of "start", hence users should know of the existence of the workout mode as well as how to enter and exit it.
