"history" command should be separated into workout sessions and ippt scores

The combination also makes it difficult to easily find the ippt scores or specific workouts.

Perhaps splitting "history" into "history ippt" and "history workouts" would be easier and more effective for users, where "history ippt" only shows the ippt score.

This is the expected behaviour of our program which allows user to easily see all their workouts and statistics with one command.

Opponents may also argue with your method that it is troublesome to have to use two commands to view their scores and workouts.
