Documentation records an inaccurate number of files stored

Documentation states there are 3 files (profile, workouts and meals) while the program actually stores 4 (profile, meals, workouts and steps)

The contents of stepslist.txt is also not specified.

Thanks for raising this. One of the developers has missed out the adding of StepList.txt as this feature was implemented quite late in V2.1.
