Modifying the text file's date would cause it to return non-existent months #1151

The date 31-02-2024 does not exist, yet in the command above, HARRY POTTER is shown to have been last read at that time and date.

Also works for changing it to the future, which should not be the case as list-by-date should only show the last read date, and you cannot read books in the future.
