TRIG_INTERVAL and other parameters missing #16

The parameter is missing after enabling the TRIG_MODE to non zero.

Solved with commit e891fb40cbe46cda5866ad08bbb42d

The problem is that the camera_trigger module is not started by the previous rcS script. After adding it, the paramters are now used and hence reflected in the QGC's parameter list image
