Docker tags should match syspass release #24

On the docker hub there are only tags like "latest", "dev" and "3.0-php7.2" but there should be tags matching the specific Syspass releases.

You're right, it's my fault, since Docker's automated builds were configured to build images using git's tags but I didn't create any for recent releases...
