Security updates from upstream are not applied #41

I noted that the docker image has not been updated for 4 months, however the parent image has: https://hub.docker.com/_/php?tab=tags&page=1&name=apache-stretch

This is really critical for any production usage since this means upstream security updates are not applied. Could automatic image building upon change be done by configuring repository links?
