problems with mail notifications with a microsoft exchange #1795

I have a syspass 3.2.2 in centos 7 but when I connect it to the mail I get

Error while sending the email SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting

What would i have to check?
