Feature Request: Integration of Azure OpenAI Credentials Support

If we end up implementing modelfusion (#30), then I think we'd immediately get support for this.

In the interim, I'd welcome a PR that introduces support for this. Without Azure access, I'm not sure I can get this done on my own.
