Expansion of term 'benthos samplers' [BODCNVS-278] #5

Request to make L05 term '24' for 'benthos samplers' more coherent. We propose to expand the term to include 'dredges'. This is to help make it easier for our users to assign terms:

Propose to change description from: 'A mechanical device that collects organisms from the seafloor. Includes sledges, weighted nets like beam trawls, and ROV manipulators.'
