Depth of sea-bed, Z coordinate at sea-bed at cell centre (model: 'botz', sensor: '', standard: ', '')

What datum is the seafloor depth in referenced to here? Is it mean sea level? Lowest Astronomical Tide? It can be left unspecified if necessary but we'd like to check.
