Lower than normal Hashing. RX580 8gb. 12Mh when normally 25Mh.

Does anyone have any idea why I started off with 25Mh and then it dropped to 12Mh? I made the program properties run as Admin and updated to the newest Blockchain Radeon Software and put Graphics to Compute mode. Any advice is much appreciated. Windows 10 Pro, 16GB DDr4 Ram, Sapphire Pulse RX 580 8GB, No OC.
