Besides the original one, there's one more championspawnregion in the
Twisted Weald, check it please

Sry, maybe it is the new one, it looks very similar with ForestLord 
championSpawn.

There are 2 new champion spawns 1 is in Bedlam and other is in Twisted Weald.  
They
are the Pestilence Spawn (unofficial name) and Twisted Glade Spawn (unofficial 
name).
 They are new champs that are used on OSI.  So they should be there.

Taken from the changelog.

Added the Pestilence Spawn and Twisted Glade Champ Spawns.

Also added new monsters for the 2 new champs.

Unless you are talking about something else these 2 new champs should be there.
