Synchronized windows through javascript #242

Enter a description of the feature requested, as completely as possible.
It would be really neat if we could duplicate what appears in one window in
a second one, with full communication.  For example, when giving a talk,
one could use one window (on a screen laptop) to enter command and have it
reflected on a second screen ... but with some formatting differences.  For
example, on the laptop, speaker notes could be shown, whereas they would
not be on the projector.

This should be explored after crst2s5.py is essentially complete...

The basic implementation has been done with the latest version of S5.
