Franchise data is missing (release server) #15

Franchise data does not exist in release server. so you cannot search venues in release environment. Need to think how to update franchise information

File Location: Azure Blob => around-container (container) => FranchiseKeyworkdsBlockBlob (blob)

To someone who is in charge of crawler: please consider to make franchise detection system and be sure to upload it (to Azure blob storage).
