[x] comma in front of second name in rmd yaml
[x] missing settings in rmd (out.width=700, warning=F), instead include=F -> no figure in html
[x] r_code.R appears as code to be inspected (can be deleted)
[x] no output since all figures are stored in PDF --> remove PDF code lines

@LG-cyber Could you add a screenshot for the second issue regarding the grey line? Not sure what you mean.
