The TAC Ontology Refactoring needs to be reviewed so we can create an Official Release #31

The TAC Ontology has matured significantly. This has allowed us to understand that the ontology can be re-architected to be more user friendly and at the same time more semantically interoperable.

We need to:

  1. Create a "parti" (architectural overview) document)
  2. Create an implementation plan

Simply stated, we need to document what we want to do, and document how we are going to do it.

We started documenting a refactoring plan. See the google doc in the previous comment.

@Vasileios-Mavroeidis @mateusdz We really should release something beyond the develop branch before the Borderless Cyber 2023 presentation, Our current Main branch is way out of date.

I'm going to close out this issue and we should replace it with smaller, more defined reviews (smaller scope)
