@dosumis - here is the difference in report.tsv notes: 1) old is using reasoned, new unreasoned 2) old-to-new.tsv shows lines that are in old but not in new, and vise versa for new-to-old.tsv (R code attached too)

Will look closer, but there seems to be some major differences

Broad to even broader (many of these - assume this is result of turning reasoner off) brainstem nucleus http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0006331 mapped to anteromedial nucleus http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/MBA_127 in old; regional part of brain http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0002616 mapped to anteromedial nucleus http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/MBA_127 in new.

some inconsequential changes eg new labels (parvi -> parvo)

new build has some issues - will use this for now as comparison while fixing
