Add mesenchymal cell parent to migratory neural crest cell #1479

Migrating this issue from GO:

As a first step we need CL to classify migratory NC cells as mesenchymal. I believe that in order to migrate it by definition has undergone EMT? Experts please weigh in.

@cmungall, can you clarify: are you requesting for CL:0008019 'mesenchymal cell' to be added as a superclass to the five terms you listed above?
