Species-specific phenotype ontologies like ZP, PLANP and XPO all come with links referring to their very own anatomy ontologies. This means that strictly speaking, as you analyse them with upheno pattern matchers they will never quite match. Would it make sense to extend these ontologies to align with Uberon and CL out of the Box? I believe so, and the way this would be realised is to simply to:
