Keep DAOBot Backwards Compatible. Previous funding calculations will stop working after QF. #197

Not sure if reverting that branch fixes this...

I think we discussed whether to keep this backward compatible or not, in order to make our backend easy to configure and go back-and-forth between rules, and decided not to.

To change this, it would be simple to have 2 very distinct functions with a basic switch statement + the right Airtable configuration param inside of Funding Round table:
