Problem:

There are many Q's, discussions, and documentation taking place that isn't quite easy to find
We're improving our documentation and helping to put things together, but there might be additional knowledge that we're not capturing, or making it hard for users to find it

Candidate Solution:

run awesomeQA to extract FAQ from discord + TG
review tool quality, if tweaks are needed, does this address parts of our requirements?
update docs if needed
update CM's

DoD:

[ ] awesomeqa has been assessed
[ ] if approved, it's been integrated
[ ] first implementation, release & announcement completed
