Challenge DF currently uses ETH/USDT. (a) Change to BTC/TUSD or ETH/TUSD? (b) Ensure all consistent #181

Background / motivation

On Jul 27, 2023, we announced Challenge DF. First rewards for it will be given out on Aug 3, 2023.

The pair we announced with was ETH/USDT on Binance.

When we launch Predictoor, it will have 10 pairs, on Binance

BTC/TUSD predictions will be free from webapp
ETH/TUSD predictions, and the next 8 -- not free from webapp

Let's audit: Where did we specify "ETH/USDT", "ETH", or "Ethereum"?

Where specified:
- Announcement Blog. "ETH"
- DF47-48 Blog "ETH"
- DF webapp -> challenge-df. "Ethereum"
- df-py backend: BTC/TUSD
Where not specified:
- docs.

TODOs for this issue

[x] Agree in S3 what pair Challenge DF should have. Options: (i) keep as-is to ETH/USDT (ii) change to BTC/TUSD (iii) change to ETH/TUSD. UPDATE: Trent, Alex and Berkay agreed on (1).
Update as needed so all consistent --> therefore change df-py backend from BTC/TUSD --> ETH/USDT --> moved this to df-py#687
