Use rtm.connect instead of rtm.start #151

Slack deprecated rtm.start and as a result the bot no longer connected to RTM correctly. This connects via rtm.connect instead which seems to be working fine with no further changes. https://api.slack.com/changelog/2021-10-rtm-start-to-stop
