[vu] Fix CH- & VOL- #61

Fix the data for CH- (BOUQUET-, channel down) and VOL- (volume down) in rcpositions.xml & remote.xml.

The buttons had been previously incorrectly labelled for CH+ & VOL+.

Thanks to Huevos for pointing out the problem.
