A question about the contents of table directory #72

I am annotating a assembled genome with GINGER, one of the procedure is to fill with the table name of this program, but I am confused with naming of each directory of the table directory, so I am not sure which one should I use. Where can I find the meaning of them?
For example, what is "Aconoid1"? Is it name of a species?
