Data is not getting updated in distrcit select button. #266

Data in the district select button is not getting updated on updating the state.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://life.coronasafe.network/tamil_nadu
  2. Change the state
  3. BUG: Corresponding districts are not updated
