Hide results section if the results are not available.

Hello @psjishnu thx for jumping in. The issue # 265 was assigned to @tecnoder . he also has a PR open. His changes are in fewer files than you. Can you plz review https://github.com/coronasafe/life/pull/273 and see if it makes sense to you also to use that fix? In the future plz pick issues that are not assigned to anyone. Thx again.
