Study survival #33

I replaced hardcoded table names with parameterized ones. I also created additional commit in order to save some info that will help to get risk tables for the time to event study.

@Tsemharb according to Asieh we want survival plots for all outcomes now, so the KMPlot flag isn't necessary anymore
