Second english sub-track can't default during convertion

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After opening an mkv - file and setting the desired output...
2.Select the second eng sub on the available subs in the file...
3.Start encode and wait for it to complete...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Was expecting the second sub track to be the one shown. But the default first 
subtitle appears instead...

Please provide any additional information below.

Cannot set second subtitle track during convertion... Since both the 1st and 
2nd subs are in english, placing "eng" for Language Priority does not really do 
anything...

There may be a very simple solution... But I'm somewhat stuck and don't know 
what to do anymore...

for that you can do something different, NOTE: I use CCCP as my codec package
1. mkv extract the sub file (also extract all the fonts and install them)
2. using Haali Media Splitter (make sure to have VSfilter autoload under CCCP 
settings), you can set priority of what to be loaded
3. with MKVmerge, you can load the mkv file and default up the subtitle and 
track you like and mux a new mkv and voila that should work too
