Instagram login from my proxy and from my regular IP in my mobile?

Describe your issue

When I login with my proxy instagram ask something like "weird login attemp, is that you" and some adress from USA (my proxy) So my question is: Instagram will notice im login from the proxy ip (USA) and from my regular ip (MX) when I acces in my mobile? Can I get banned for it?
