This looks really good - great work! Just wondering about some extensions / refinements e.g.

• splitting into purge or revisions and purge of datasets e.g.
  • paster purge revisions just revisions
  • paster purge datasets just deleted datasets
  • paster purge all both
• --dry-run option or similar that would just print out the stuff that would be done (revisions to purge, datasets to purge) but not actually do anything. If doing complex args is painful to paster we could just have:
  • paster purge list which would do this
