User types and support for associating those types with different permitted activities #41

Key part here is having user types or user "plans". Next step would be to tie those types with certain permitted activities (e.g. number of stored datasets or similar).

[ ] Introduce user types (see #1)
[ ] Allow choice of user type on signup (and assignment of user types on current basis)
[ ] introduce user types into workflow (e.g. create dataset ...)

@maxious would you be interested in looking into this too? This could be quite a nice "meaty" addition to the extension. what do you think? happy to talk it through on irc or skype :-)
