Hmm yeah. From the beginning I was hoping CT could be a realistic simulation
type game, with each weapon able to hurt friendlies if they got in the way.
But most units are so clumsy that a lot of friendly-fire deaths happen.
The bomber shouldn't friendly fire... some change must have not gone through
way back when ;) I will fix it.
The suggestion for turrets is probably a good idea since they can't move out of
the way...

I can understand the wish for a realistic simulation, I enjoy for things to
happen as they are "physically" intended to happen... but given this clumsiness
you talk about it really works against the game, as I've waved goodbye more
than 2 bombers in a single run XD, and I've become shy to build bombers as they
will probably kill themselves.
Maybe one day the unit pathing will be so good that it will be possible to look
at a friendly fire situation where the fault is all on the commander (for
setting up overlapping firing fields perhaps? hehe), but right now it's just
unsettling to see your units kill themselves...

What do you think about setting everything (or almost everything) to have no
friendly fire? It would alter the game quite a bit, for sure...

For sure it would...
Well... You could try... See how it goes...

Had to add a gadget to get the explosions to not harm allies... and so far only
the bomber has this.
All turrets now have collideFriendly = false
Will see how this goes, not so sure on doing this for everyone yet. Keeping it
open for now.

Well the bombers have been fixed, and now all units have collideFriendly =
false, so I'm going to close this.
