please split games to a dedicated repo #374

else it can't be used. modinfo.lua needs to be in the root of the repo.

i.e move https://github.com/oksnoop2/conflictterra/tree/master/games/CT/modinfo.lua -> https://github.com/oksnoop2/conflictterra/blob/master/modinfo.lua

(+all associated files)
