Summary

There is no test section concerning CreateTweet method in tweets.go now. Before implementing test, we have to concretize its contents. Assignees will be added in the future.

Excuse me, I forgot to explain the situation. I talked about assignees of this issue with @ryuju0911, and concluded that we remained the assignees of this issue blank temporarily till the content would be fixed. But I see, I added myself to assignee of this task.
