Remove go1.4, go1.5 and add go1.8.

1.4 and 1.5 were 2 years and 1.5 years old, respectively.

I am hoping this will fix the timeout issues with Travis, although I think it might be because the test are opening too many sockets. Thank you @robbiet480.
