I would seem that they are deprecating the old web interface for the Lightwave Link and have yet to replace it with something easily accessible. The situation is even worse for new customer who registered after the 30th November 2015 (such as myself). Our only option (for now) is to use the latest app and register with a username and password (rather than a pin).
