Flipped screen on first boot + brick on Aura H2O 2 #6

After putting the patched Koboroot file in a Aura H2O 2nd gen, it booted into XCSoar but with a vertically flipped screen.

I enabled (I think) USB OTG, then rebooted - which bricked the device.

This seems to be a known issue on some XCSoar versions http://gethighstayhigh.co.uk/kobo-self-build/

Did some digging and I think the main page should be more explicit with the devices that are not compatible - not only as in "not working" but as in "brick risk".

This is especially important with that specific model as it does not have an internal SD, so as far as I can tell my device is now beyond recovery

Man I am so sorry about that, I'll add it asap, and will link XCsoar device compatibility. I cannot test devices I don't own. Don't you have a way to unbrick your aura ??

Sadly not - factory reset doesn't seem to work, and this specific model has only an inbuilt memory instead of an internal SD card due to the waterproofing, so I don't see a way to flash it back to life :(
